Coming Into Chocolate Season!

  

We're gearing up for the Christmas Season here!  Maybe I should say "Chocolate Season"!

Last February a man who ordered our chocolates for his wife for Valentine's Day declared them to be the best he'd ever tasted.  Following that, he wondered if we'd be interested in him setting up a website for us so that we could "share our chocolates with the world!", as he put it.  He works on web development, and gave us all sorts of ideas above and beyond my loftiest dreams...regarding website ordering, marketing, etc.!!!  We were quite interested, but throughout the course of time (he is very busy!), it was set aside...until last night.  In an e-mail to Johnny, he suggested pursuing it again, so maybe in the near future you'll be able to visit us online (and order there too!).  Johnny is thinking we may need to change the name to something  a little more sleek, modern, and snazzy.  Doesn't really matter to me.  It does look to me like we're going to be elbow-deep in chocolate real soon though!  The price of the chocolate that we buy for the business has almost doubled, as most everything has, but most chocoholics (such as myself) consider some form of chocolate a necessary part of everyday life, so, I don't see sales dwindling at all!   Just yesterday my sister-in-law was getting her hair cut, and her beautician told her that we need to bring samples to their shop so that all of them can order!  During December it really does get to the point that we make chocolates from morning til night!  Word spreads and the orders flood in!  We get a big rest from December 25 - New Years Day, and then Valentine orders begin with a bang!  It's a price worth paying to have Oreos and chocolate and nuts and caramel readily available to my tastebuds for that length of time!  HA!
