Out on the lawn today...

This is what I saw as I looked out my kitchen window 5 minutes ago... (Emelie and Allison)

I don't remember dressing up very much as a child, but I do remember Heather and Chrissie doing it....and playing "Where's My Wife!" Too funny!

I think Mother even has pictures of it! It was really just a glorified version of playing wedding, but one would be dressed as a man, the other a woman, and the "man" would march around shouting, "Where's my WIFE?, Where's my WIFE?"...Then "he" would suddenly spy her sitting discreetly on the piano bench, and he'd rush over in delight, saying, "Here's my wife, here's my wife"....then lift her veil and kiss her!" Then they'd do it all over again. The kiss is what was caught on film, I think. We older girls looked on in amusement.
