New Store

The girls turned the old vacated donkey shelter into a "store".  Unfortunately I only got a few pictures before they changed it into a house....and then a.......club.......

Anyway, here are a few pics from the "store".  They scavenged every can, box, carton, etc., they could find from the kitchen trash....washed/cleaned them...and added them to their inventory. Someone played "Owner of the Store".
Others had "Houses" elsewhere and patronized the Store.
And others played "Children of the Customers".
Stones and rocks were used as currency, so they never ran out of that!
The pictures don't show any of the items for sale, but it was pretty much a General Store....with anything and everything you could possibly need!....dried herbs, shovels, firewood (you can see it in the first photo), eggs, pasta, canned goods, oatmeal (pea gravel), ice cream (sand/water), juice, coffee (dirty water), pies, cakes, cookies (all homemade of the finest dirt around!), flour (dirt), clay which could be dug out of the ravine for any needy farmer, gumdrops (smaller rocks), licorice (broken sticks) and even chocolate (darker stones)! ...  You get the picture!  :)  Real kid fun.
