A friend of mine gave me this little kitchen tool, and we found that it makes perfect Pizza Pockets.
Very wonderful as a portable meal, and less messy for little ones than regular pizza slices!
A tad more work, but the children want to do it all anyway, so it's more of "managing the mess" than anything. :)
Now everyone around here wants these "at least" once a week!
You can get this tool from Pampered Chef. It's called a Cut & Seal, I believe. My friend found this one brand new on EBAY.
They make really nice little PB&J sandwiches too, if you use soft, squishy, white bread from the store! :)
It also works for little fruit pies (baked).
Very fun, and worth the space it takes up (which is the determining factor of everything in my sight these days.)
